No, unfortunately. Wan-na in Beyoğlu does some South-east Asian, but glass noodles and pork, two key ingredients in Filipino cuisine, are hard to come by here. I usually stock up on ingredients when I visit my parents in Hawaii (they live near a Filipino enclave--Gloria Arroyo often visits). If you live in Istanbul and ask really nicely, I might be able to lend you something. ;-)

I will recommend you to try Benihana in Ciragan Palace Hotel,Besiktas, Istanbul. It is a Japanese restaurant but most of the cooks are Filipino. If you ask for something Filipino they prepare for you.
