does anyone know where i can buy a shnauzer puppy around the elk city oklahoma area?

There is a website: Petfinder.com that searches throughout the country for dogs up for adoption. You can narrow your search by breed, gender, age, size, and location. I went ahead and started your search and found 3 puppies in OK ... there are others in surrounding states, but I'm dumb when it comes to geography, so I don't really know how close they are to you in Elk City. And I'd get in touch right away if any interest since puppies go quickly! You'll be saving a life - good luck !!

Check out the local paper. Both of mine came from Oklahoma. Also, check out petfinder.com for the Miniature Schnauzer rescue up there.
Avoid CKC and UKC if you want to breed dogs, and also be prepared to drop $35 a pop every other month or so to have your dog groomed!

I'd post breeder listings for your state but you don't list which size you want, making for a large list.

Go here http://www.akc.org/breeds/index.cfm?nav_area=breeds Look up the breed, then look at the breeder list, this can be found in the left hand corner.

You may also want to try a rescue. You can find schnauzers in rescues by going to http://www.petfinder.com

i would go to the american kennel club website and click on breeders. they will gladly give you a list of any breeders that either have puppies or are expecting puppies.
