i got a perm in my hair in november now my it is growing out my hair is short in some places and longer in others it doesn't look nice it looks dull and ugly

if i were you, id cut my hair off at about shoulder length and that way it will get all the dead permed hair off the ends of your hair and then it will also make your hair look ten times better as well and it will be alot healthier and grow back out faster!

Hmmm how about hair extensions that you could just clip on? You could ask your hair dresser for reccomendations, Good luck x

go to the hair dresser and get it straightened then ask him to get it cut
tell em to use "razors" when cutting ur hair it gives more dimension and a better look
