I have many black crows in my yard now-drives my cats nuts!!!

I would think that having a bird feeder for your tree would attract more birds to your yard to drive your cats even more nuts. But that doesn't answer your question. So here's the cheapest bird feeder I know:
Take a large pinecone. Smear peanut butter all over it. Roll it in birdseed. Hang from your tree.
Crows are typically scavengers. If you wish to be rid of them, try to find out what they may be scavenging. Do you have lots of mice or worms or squirrels? Do you live near a road where small animals are frequently run over (don't laugh, I do and have to see that regularly, it's awful)?

Make a Bird feeder, I perfer the Classic Shot Gun myself, and its a great Investment for thoose Pesky Creatures, I am sure that it will take care of the Problem as well. After seeing the Movie The Crow... I dont like em! Good luck on your Investment!

You think your cats are going nuts now. Wait until you put up a feeder, then your cat will really go wild chasing away the squirrels and chipmunks.
