So I have green counters. A little darker than seafoam green. I can't change the counters because I am not the home-owner, but I can paint. Any color suggestions on which way to go with the kitchen? I was thinking light yellow but I'mkinda scared it may be too much

What color are your cabinets?? I would go with a warm cream rather than yellow.

I would go an abstract design on the walls using an off white background with swishes of mauve , green ,to match counter and a soft blue. My counter tops were yellow and this wall color did look good in my kitchen. I have now covered the yellow counter tops with, of all things, a wood design floor tile. The 3 foot long self stick type. It actually looks really good.

I'm a designer- With green coutertops its hrd to have somthing look just right. I'd stick with a neutral tone that you wont get sick of and you can use accent peices to make it feel more like home. A dark tope color would look really good.

My bedroom is green and yellow and the colors look nice together. Dark green and a real pale yellow is what I used

Sounds good, not a bright yellow though. I think it will look sweet and plus it's going to be what YOU like. Don't be afraid of color you'll love it. Good luck Les the painter

I would go with a rich neutral...like a harvest brown. The best bet is to go to your local store and bring home some swatches to see if the color that you choose will look ok.
