Hardly eating can actually cause a person to gain wait. Your body goes into starvation mode. It is very important to have at least three small meals a day. The more meals the better actually. I recommend 5 small meals (about snack size) a day. This will increase the metabolism rate. Also, hot herbal tea speeds up the metabolism. Unfortunately, exercise is pretty important. Just a nice 10 to 15 minute jog every day would be enough to make a significant difference. It's not hard or time consuming. As long as she gets active.

No you at the prompt are not fat and no you should no longer drop extra pounds. in spite of the undeniable fact that, you have to be exercising consultation; if no longer now, then interior many years (i'd truthfully start up an exercising/pastime agenda nicely earlier you're thirty, like 27 the hot. At thirty you attain your height bodily; that's all downhill after that. The later you start up, the harder it will be to stay with it). you've a more beneficial metabolism that can make you no longer benefit weight honestly. in spite of the undeniable fact that, in case you do not exercising (even inspite of the actuality that you're in the traditional variety on your height and weight), you at the prompt are not conserving your self in structure and this can doubtlessly carry about well being complications once you're older.

Yep, your girlfriend is definitely overweight. Her BMI is 29.8, and the safe range ends at 25. She is definitely at risk for developing heart and other health problems if she doesn't lose at least 30 pounds. (The most she should try to lose is 60-65 pounds.) Whether she likes it or not, she needs to exercise on a regular basis to burn more calories than she takes in, but she also needs to maintain proper nutrition. She needs to set targets for herself at 10-pound intervals. She can safely lose that much each month if she works at it. Right now, she is eating too much and exercising too little.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Only by supporting her. It sounds like this wasn't her idea. If she wants to lose weight, she will try, and then, she will ask you for your support.
If she already eats healthily (she should eat between 1400-1700 calories per day) then the only thing that would help her shed pounds is exercise.
Maybe she'd like to take a yoga, or dance class? You could help her by finding something physical she is interested in, and joining her! You gotta make it fun.

Yes, the women above (chell) makes a great point.... Also try to eat healthy snacks or meals... Be very nice in the way you say things to your girlfriend relating to her weight. Weight is a very sensitive subject for women... Good Luck....

Encourage outside activity. She doesnt have to run or walk, she might think that's boring. Suggest that the two of you go bike riding or swimming. Something like that.

Well. If she doesn't want to lose weight, then she won't. If she's not motivated to do it for herself, she isn't going to do it for you.
If this is your idea, then you are really superficial. Love her for who she is....NOT her weight.
She must be eating something. You don't get to 190 eating nothing. She must be eating junk/fast food.

How about asking her to go for walks with you? She'll think you're being romantic but really you're sneaking in some exercise!
