Hi, well you could just be honest with her and tell her straight up, that you just want to chill and if you find that to rude get up and have a nice relaxing shower and maybe by the time your done she'll be sleeping.

Take 5 minutes, literally, all it takes is 5 minutes... You can think about sports, politics, whatever, but as long as she feels loved for those 5 minutes after sex, your golden. Kiss her on the forhead, if you have alread said "I love you" say it once more and then say goodnight. 5 Minutes, I swear.
