Shedding 2 stones in 2.5 weeks is virtually impossible without ill consequences. But here's some tips for a healthy way how to shed a few pounds even!
Well, you know that Kellogs ''drop a jeans size'' that works, you know! I ate them for a month always feeling sceptical that that kinda thing wouldn't work but in a month I shed 8 pounds, and that was unintentional. So, try that. Also, excercise; simple aerobics and dancing in the living room - which will also come in handy for the dancing because you'll increase your fitness. Cut out snacks that contain fat and sugar, i.e,, no crisps, nor chocolate, and replace them with fruit, salad and nuts.
Cut down your carb intake unless you know that you'll burn it off, and when I say cut it down, I don't mean skip meals because that's the worst thing you can do. Just cut out sugars and fatty foods. I know that some of these are inescapable, but try weight watchers foods. They are all of them tasty, especially the microwaveable dinners that are half cals compared to normal! Yum yum!!
And most importantly, stay cheerful, take plenty of walks in the fresh air because being cooped up in the house watching TV will make you eat all the pringels or jam tarts! I'll tell you that a nice walk on a sunny day will make you want to eat a handful of grapes! Make sure that you drink plenty water as well because cutting out the sugar and those carbs will make you thirsty I tell you.
Good luck!! :-)
PS. You need a certain amount of willpower too; cutting out the sugar and carbs is very hard, but you have this goal to look and feel great when you go dancing, huh? So, that's what you must do and that is believe in yourself and do it sensibly.

I don't think you can do it in 2 and half weeks without making yourself ill and then you'll be really be stuffed for dancing. Eat nothing but salad and fruit (but plenty of it), drink gallons of water and run, run, run. If you run, either outside or on a treadmill for at least an hour everyday, the weight will fall off you. I lost half a stone in 6 weeks running for just 15 minutes a day and I was only 9 stone to begin with, so running is good.

To lose that amount of weight in two weeks will be hugely difficult. Even if you eat nothing and exercise lots, by the end of the fortnight you'll not have the energy to even stand for long, let alone dance. It's not possible, sorry.
So regardless of whether you want to hear it or not, I'm saying it anyway - be realisitic. If you want/need to lose weight, follow a calorie controlled diet that is nutritionally sound and do plenty of exercise. Healthy weight loss is about two pound per week - that means at least 14 weeks to lose two stone.
If you want to be mentally and physically ill, go ahead and try to lose 2 stone in an fortnight. But I for one wont endorse it for you because I think it's insane.
PS - If you manage the weight loss in that timescale come and tell me and I'll happily retract what Ive just said. But I wont hold my breath.

The only way to do this amount of weight in this amount of time would be. Serious amounts of exersize and 3 small but nutricious meals a day. Drink approximatly 6 pints of water a day. Cut out additional suger, no biscuits no bread, no red meat, no cheese, plenty vegetables, weetabix use red top milk,
30 minutes exorsize before breakfast with warm up and warm down before and after. Exorsize needs to be at the pace of at least a brisk power walk.
Do not take the car anywhere, do everything yourself, dishes, peeling potatoes cooking food. Try and do everything really quickly.
Go for a swim at lunch time, mix it up 20 front crawl and 20 breast stroke.
Walk home from work have evening meal walk to the gym work out at an anearobic level for two hours walk home.
Have a good nights sleep. You can skip one item on your training schedule every other day but not the morning walk.
I think your weight loss schedule is over agresive and noy achievable. Most i have seen lost is about 14lbs in 7 days of hard mountain climbing in the middle of a hot summer.

Its impossible to lose that amount in two and a half week unless you have something amputated.
You could lose around 10 pound I guess if you stick to a good diet programme that doesn't starve you, just cut out all snacks, crisps, sweets, in fact all the thing you most enjoy and stick to 3 regular sensible meals a day.
Most important you'll need to exercise as well join a gym or a keep fit class

Its not going to happen.
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

I'm sorry but theres no healthy way to do it.
Lets face it, it didn't take you two weeks to put two stones on so why should it only take you two weeks to lose it?
It does take a long time to lose weight if you want to be sucessful at it. Theres a lot of diets around that claim that you can lose fast but you will put it back on as soon as you stop.
Just control what you eat, and exercise, its simple. It takes long but its worth it. Just think that the longer it takes you the longer you'll keep the weight off.

Unless you are very overweight and have not gone on any diet it is almost imposible to loose this amount of weight and if you find a good, sensible diet and excersise that will loose you 2 stone in that time then patten it,bottle it,sell it and become a millionaire but give it to me first please.
