Seems every time I buy a bottle of vitamins, its hard to know what size the pill is because you can't see through the bottle. They turn out to be horse pills and I struggle to swallow them. Please don't suggest cutting them in half. Is there a vitamin on the market that is small and coated? Like the old One-A-Days that had in the 60s. They were about the size of candy red-hots.

My doctor told me (and I read in a health magazine) that adults can take children's vitamins. In fact many doctors do...

GNC used to have liquid vitamins that I took. Smoothie King sells some, but I don't care for them they taste very bad. I used to mix it in orange juice to make it at lease okay.

At any grocery store, in the vitamin aisle or the baby aisle you can find gummy vitamins. They have a medicine cap on them and sometimes a little prize on top.

These ususally don't contain iron.

If you are very deficient, go to the store and get prenatal vitamins. Because the women are very nauseous during this time, these vitamins are very small. I take them.

I learned about prenatal vitamins through my sister. You can get them from the Dollar Store or Big Lots or Walmart or anywhere!

SOLGAR makes some of the best vitamins ever. I'm not part of their advertising campaing, but lemme tell you... High quality. They do what they have to. When ingredients are needed to be organic during extraction and senthysization processes, they are. The pills are easy to swallow, because it's a no-bs shell of all plant material. Everything in Solgar's products are pure and natural, no synthetics EVER.

Oh, gotta go. Well, look the brand up. VERY worth your while, and only for a few bucks more. Even the bottle is of better quality (tinted drug-glass : P).
