I have a male kitten (under a year old) who has been peeing everywhere in my house...not spraying...but actually peeing...on pillows, in my bathroom floor, under my bed...everywhere...I have no clue what has caused this...I at first thought maybe it was because his litter box wasn't clean...but last night I cleaned his box and he used it then came in the living room and peed on a pillow...I thought that maybe getting him fixed would help...If anyone has had this problem or knows how to help please let me know...Thanks!

First I would make sure he does not have a medical problem such as a bladder/kidney infection. If not then neutering him would help alot! If this would have been done as a kitten, he probably wouldn't be peeing in the house today.

I agree!! Take him to a vet. If he's peeing and only a little bit is coming out each time, it's probably a urinary infection. If he's actually peeing alot each time, there's definitely something else wrong.

Urinary tract infections are very common with male cats, so get him to a vet to be checked. If he has one, it can be cleaned up with antibiotics, then you can feed him a cat food specifically for cats with a history of that infection. My cat has been on Purina Urinary Tract Health Formula dry food for years and he's never had another infection.

I knew a redneck from Texas who named his son Mister. sarcastically his very last call replaced into Wright. the daddy suggested that his son may always get respect if his call replaced into Mister. sure, Kitten is a unusual call. i have called girlfriends Kitten earlier, yet in undemanding words as a nickname. i guess her dad and mom needed their daughter to have a memorable call. right here on the reservation young ones get the strangest names too. Names that do not even exist in overseas languages. i'm no longer particular the position this predolection for unusual names on the reservation got here from in spite of the undeniable fact that that's effortless to grant young ones names like ok'Shon, Willemeenia, Labrynth, Ruby pink, T'Shinga....the list is going on and on. It will develop right into a soreness in the butt once you attempt to purchase personalised espresso cups for adult men like that.

I would definitely have him checked at the vet.

Make sure you wash everything he has peed on atleast 2 times. If he smells the scent at all, he will do it again and you will not be able to stop him.

He is most likely getting sick, like the other person said it is probably his kidneys. When they do things like pee everywhere they are letting you know something is wrong. Take him to the vet.

Get him checked by your vet. It could be a sign of urinary tract infection which can be very costly and/or deadly to male cats.

Take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible (like today or tomorrow). Don't wait, as it sounds like he may have a kidney infection or some other urinary tract problem.

Get him checked out and then really clean or replace anything he did pee on because he will smell it and go in that spot again and again!
