Restriction "i" means:

"Motorcycle not to exceed 125 cc (engine displacement).

Note that the restriction is spelled out in text on the *back* of the license just under the magentic stripe where it says "restrictions"

I don't know but you can look in the driver license book that is yellow and has the red, yellow, green on it like the traffic lights
