I am a 19 year old college male. Thus i can accurately give you an answer. the first thing they look for is honestly looks. that's what causes much interest in the first place. the only way in which that can be avoided is if you guys are good friends and form a very strong mental connection. The next thing they look for is some semblance of a brain, this is because one sided stupid conversations are no fun at all. Next a sense of humor is looked for, which is actually something i personally look at second but if falls third in the overall spectrum. guys want a girl that cam be emotional but not TOO emotional. Overall they just want a girl who is socially acceptable, meaning not hideously ugly, incredibly boring or a total recluse/shut in.

Don't kid yourself - guys that age are looking for one thing only - a girl who will put out. They know that girls fall over for the emotional stuff so even a partially smooth operator will tell a girl all that she wants to hear so he can hookup with her.
It doesn't matter what year we live in or what other people are doing. A guy who finds you too easy has no respect for you and the odds are he will never want to make a long term committment to you. Because he will wonder how many were there before him and how he compares to them. Guys don't like that which is why they want to be the first and only for a woman.
Want a certain guy? Make him work for you and hunt for you. If you want a wedding ring let him know there's an untrodden path to your door for a hookup - not a 12 lane freeway that's open 24\7.
And that's what guys want - an adoring virgin before who looks good on his arm so that other guys envy him and after marriage a woman who looks good in public, treats him like a son in the house being his mommy and a love slave in the bedroom.

listen girl...it depends on the guy. believe it or not they are not all the same when it comes to this. but most guys look for the same things girls look for. make him smile, make him happy, treat him the way u think he should be treated. ne yourself. confidence is key. dont be afraid to talk or make the first move. dont be a clinger and get too serious too fast. give him space. and whatever u do, do not come on too strong or play hard to get for too long. k??good luck
