They sometimes itch or they just hurt. If I squeeze them a little white thing would come out and the hair inside would be all curled up. Is it like a parasite or something?

Yup ingrown hairs. Use polysporin and/or canesten on it to keep the burn and itch down. Sometimes a good exfoliating scrub is good to clear it up too

the bump is an ingrown hair, the best way to avoid that happening is use an exfoliater when u wash or a wash cloth dont 'scrub' but make sure its roough enough to smooth the surface, also use moisturizors that will help avoid them too
