Definitely request a boof -- they are better for short tanning sessions, the ones that last a minute or 2,3,4

I have tried both. I find the booths to be better. The beds cause uneven tanning compared to the booths. In the booths I have been in, they have straps that you can rest your hands in. these allow your arms to stay in an upright position and allows you to get a more even tan on the sides of your torso. It also helps that your butt isn’t pressed against the glass in a bed. This causes those weird lines people get on the bottom of your butt.

The beds make me feel claustrophobic. The booths are roomier and way cooler. Plus with your hair blowing about you feel like you are in some kind or real-life music video. But if you like laying down, then get the darn bed already!

if you are African American,why do you want a tan-you should have one? but,i like a booth,but they are stronger so you may get burnt if you are more light skinned.so maybe a bed would be better,ask the staff the strength of both - depends on your tolerance.booths are usually more expensive as well,but do work better and faster.beds are more relaxing unless you are claustrophobic.
