okay, this is the first time i have gotten this from a female, i went to a bank, and saw this girl and i was definitely feeling her, and when i asked her for her number, she gave me her business card, and she told me to email her ( no personal number on a business card ), what does this mean? do i have a chance, normally i always get numbers, if i email her, what do i write. I am still a rookie in the game.

it could be that bc you are a total stranger she wasn't comfortable giving you her personal/home number. with work email, she still has some 'security net' and she can feel you out over email.
when you write her, just give her a brief rundown about yourself - age, occupation, living situation, and suggest that you chat back and forth a bit to see if she would be interested in talking over the phone and maybe meeting out sometime.

I've done the same thing before. It's safer in my opinion then giving out your phone number. Just send her an email, remind her where you met, and ask her out! If she was interested, she'll email you back!

If she gave it to you she must want you to use it. duh! Tell her you are interested in her. who knows.
