the opposite of an oedipus complex ia called an electra complex. An electra complex is not neccisarily sexual, like the other one, which comes form the Greek (i think it greek) epic where oedisius ended up marry his mother and having chilren with her (he didnt know it and he even tried to avoid this fate of which an oracle informed him)

but yes the female version (not quite the same though) is called an Elecktra complex

It's the Electra complex.

Just to clarify (for both complexes), it is not a true sexual attraction to the opposite sex parent, it is a struggle to confirm the opposite sex parent's affection, and the child's secure position in the family. This comes at a time when children first learn about relationships, and so many children say they would like to marry their opposite sex parent, not in the sexual sense (of course) but in the loving sense. This is why they show some hostility to the same sex parent, since that person seems to be in competition for what seems to be the same affection.
