It's hard to say, using your logic, as something a christian may feel is a sin, I may not as an atheist. So, not all "sin" is a crime. Example, adultery. Most states have removed adultery laws, and it is no longer illegal. But, I am pretty sure it is still considered a sin by christians.

Jesus did not remove all sin. His sacrifice on the cross was done to pay for the sins of all those who who would accept that free gift. By accepting, you ask for forgiveness of all your sins and acknowledge that they are wiped clean by the blood of Jesus. That may sound gruesome, but in many religions for thousands of years people have sacrificed animals to atone for their sins (or for whatever may have angered god or their gods). Jesus put a stop to this by being the ultimate sacrifice. Once you accept that sacrifice, you have been atoned.
Even though a person has accepted that free gift, they will still sin, it is inevitable. But that sin is paid for already.
And ofcourse there will be judgement, for everyone including christians. Just because i have accepted Jesus' sacrifice doesn't mean i am free and clear to kill or steal or anything.
I must think of myself as an ambassador representing God and act accordingly.

The punishment for sin is eternal separation from God (death). It may be called the law of sin and death. You can argue your own case on judgment day and try for an acquittal. But the evidence has been posted-you are guilty. You can try to fight it, or you can accept a plea bargain with Jesus. He has already paid enough to settle the entire sin account for the whole world. But, it will not be posted to your account unless you accept His deal. The deal is-you trust Him to pay for your sins, and in return-you follow him. Or, else argue with God on j-day.
If there really is no God, then this is silly. If there is a God, it is not.

Jesus did not remove all sin. He provided atonement for those that the Father had chosen before the foundations of the world. Christians are still sinners, but have had their eyes opened through the work of the Holy Spirit who works in man's heart for God's glory.

If you are IN CHRIST, there is no judgement in the way you are speaking of. So yes you are right.
However, Christians will be judged on how good of stewards they were. How good did they do that is.
Yes the sacrifical benefit (my termonology) of Jesus' death was the removal of sin. You must however, come in contact with that sacrifical benefit and that is through Faith. (Repentence, Confession, Baptism, Obedience)

Paul wrote his letters to teach the church how to live like Christ did! Jesus did remove sin, but it is important to carry the cross and follow him. The true Christains are his disciples! When you accept Christ, he takes away all of your sins; however you must live as his disciples. He says sin no more, because that is how we are supposed to live our lives.

Jesus doesn't remove sin . If you repent of sin and accept Jesus he removes the PENALTY for sinning. Judgment can be penalties or rewards. if you believe in Jesus god will not enforce the penalties ( judgments) for sinning which in itself is a reward.

Jesus forgave the sins of those who accept his offer.
Paul also writes that we cannot allow this forgiveness to be abused - allowing us to continue to perform actions that would be sin, were it not for Jesus' death.
