does anyone know how to stop a dog?

form being "romantic" with virtually everything?......we have named him Humper....!!!

Is he neutered? If not, that's your answer.

If he is, tell him to knock it off whenever he starts humping. It may be necessary to redirect him to playing with a toy or chewing on a rawhide so he doesn't go right back to it.
