Never heard that... How many are eaten?
Changing the deit can cause a problem... so if you're not used to eating a lot of fiber. I guess I can see that happening, but for most people, it really should cause a problem, especially if you only have a couple.

The Greek dish "Dolmades"; stuffed grape leaves filled with rice, raisins, fennel seeds, mint, onions, parsley and sometimes ground lamb .. ? No, I have never heard that Greek people are constipated. But they use a lot of olive oil, on the other hand. and olive oil is known for its therapeutic properties. It is useful in combating liver problems and is a natural remedy for constipation and gall bladder ailments.

it is not suppose to I do it all the time , we put so many vegetables , tomato, parsley, onion, mint, some garlic and rice you can add minced meat if you like, when we cook it we add half a small glass of olive oil and lemon juice and some tomato paste. so it shouldn't cause constipation.
