You are doing everything right, make sure if you are eating small amounts of food that you are eating at least 5 times a day if your amounts are small. Your body needs to have enough calories a day to do everything that you are doing.

Please don't start depending on diet pills - really not worth it in so many ways. You want to know that you CAN DO THIS on your own. You don't say how far you walk nor how briskly - a short walk of 10-15 minutes EVERY day where you break a sweat is actually enough to aid in weight loss, even without diet changes. "Working out" should mean resistance or weight training every other day. The "right foods" should include mostly vegetables/fruits (all day, unlimited as long as you aren't using butter, dressings or sauces) and some type of protein (once a day 4-6 ounces), and you should eat something every 2-hours so that you are never hungry. A hungry body thinks it's never going to eat again and actually begins to STORE FAT and leech muscle.
Look over what you're doing and be sure to give yourself a lot of credit - you don't need drugs! Good luck.

u keep tha weight off by keeping on with what ur doing, losing weight is not just something u do its a lifestyle. and diet pills are tha wrong thing to do, b/c they supress ur appiette and in order to lose weight u have to eat every 4 hours to have a high metabolism, diet pills make u gain weight!! all those commercials that have "doctor approved" diet pills are liars and are included in this, they are bad and make u gain weight.

people often make the mistake of working out simply to lose weight and then returning to their "normal way of living". My suggestion is that you develop a healthy lifestyle, one that involves making healthy eating choices in well portioned meal sizes and incorporating excercise in you everyday life. that way you never have to do anything to keep the weight off. I always never recommend diet pills if you have the ability to excercise and eat healthy
