I am not the parent I am part of a daycare board and we are hiring new workers. I need a scenario. Like if something happened what would you do as a daycare worker? If anyone has ever had a situation with a daycare and what happened and how was it handled?

If your program has a teaching philosophy, ask them to explain that philosophy. You may also want to ask them why they think they are a good match for your program.

I don’t think you need to ask all of these questions. They may think that your program has serious discipline problems. I think that by asking just a few discipline questions, you’ll get a good idea of how they would handle them. Go with your gut! Hope you find some good help!
