Can someone reccommend a great Bed & Breakfast or cabin location in the state of Missouri from experience. I have a close friend looking for a honeymoon spot. They would prefer to do a secluded cabin together in the woods, but they are also looking at the bed & breakfast option as well. Thanks

Going here this year, The Camelot room. My in-laws stayed there for X-mass, they LOVED it. Very classy. (Just BARELY on the Kansas side of Kansas City)

Branson is always a fun get away. I've not been to this place but I'm a sucker for themed rooms.

Cabin:
We spent our 6 year aniversary here. Very secluded, Very private. LOTS of fun. Private cabin, and the owners live in an old farm house down the path. Lots of trees, can't see thier house. Owners are very interesting people but very out of your business once you get settled in.

While I don't have any recommendations for a cabin, I do have two bed and breakfasts to recommend.

The first one is Hermann Hill: http://www.hermannhill.com/
Hermann Hill is surrounded by seven wineries (I believe it's seven). The have a traditional bed and breakfast and also private cottage rentals. It is very nice atmosphere for a honeymoon spot if they are wine lovers.

The second one is The Fleur-Dy-Lys Mansion in St. Louis: http://www.thefleurdelys.com/accommodations/index.htm
This is a nice place to go if they like visiting museums, shopping (Union Station is great for example), and visiting monuments (the Gateway Arch, etc.)

How about close to Missouri?
Pere Marquette State Park in Grafton, IL is very nice...about 20 miles NE of downtown St. Louis.

that's a spectacular theory!! in actuality that's what we are making plans to do.. the only we picked is Victorian and easily magnificent!! they in lots of cases have programs which you will %. from and that they are able to maintain you a ton of money!!! the only downfall is it limits the quantity of centred visitor you are able to invite.. although this is suited for small intimate weddings!! i can not wait, i'm soooo excited!! good success and Congrats!!!
