No, but you can probably do your GED at a community college or high school that has drop out prevention programs. At my local CC, they offer GED courses for free.

First of all FAFSA is merely a screening and qualification tool. It is not a funder.
Educational programs for a GED are so low cost or free that you do not need loans or grants to pay for them. They are provided by agencies are funded via grants. You have to pay for the test but that is nominal.

Yes I did and I am now a current student @ Texas Southern University In Houston Texas so yes you can apply for fasfa and use it for a GED.. Gods Speed good luck with school

No. In fact, one of the requirements for receiving Federal Student Aid is that you already have a High School diploma or GED (or something equivalent to it). Federal Student Aid is intended for use at institutions of higher education.

No you can not. You can get grants for college only and the school will need to know when you received your GED.

You can only use financial aid in college, however if you wanted to get your high school diploma at a community college, i'm pretty sure you can do that, but i don't think you can do it for a ged, but to be sure, go and talk to your school councelor...
