I’ve been taking Red Bull for about a year already since I discovered how much I’m pumped up at the gym with it even at 4AM. I eat fine & take vitamins. Recently there were times I wasn’t “energized” though, but more like just plain awake after taking it. I heard Red Line is even better than Red Bull. Any ideas?

Red Line is a bit better. But not by much.
Zero Carb or No Sugar Rockstar is also good.
Just make sure you read the labels/directions.

I use NO-Xplode and have great resutls with it. Its a type of creatine which will make your muscles store water and bulk you up. I workout for about 45 minutes and I am never sluggish. Its a good product...
I dont like red bull or red line because they are loaded with junk and sugar...

Neither if your going to be drinking an energy drink.

i drink redline before workouts and so far i like it. gives me tons of energy and i don't crash. jus be sure to read the label carefully before drinkin. other than that you should be fine. good luck~!
