You know, I've tried all sorts of free translation services on line, they do a horrible job translating into Russian. Mostly because Russian and English are very different grammatically, so it translates word for word.
If you just need a Cyrillic keyboard use this website:

It is very easy, you just type on regular qwerty keyboard and it types Russian characters, but as far as translating, you are probably better off just writing in English and let them translate themselves when they get it.
If it is a small letter I will translate it for you.

you are best off using a native Russian speaker. I've used many of the free translations that you can find online and none of them are able to accurately translate my English into Russian. Try finding a native Russian speaker who speaks English, a Russian teacher or you can pay a translation service to translate for you. Good luck!
