I cant stop thinking about him!!!! Its really terrible... I think he may like me back but i need to stop thinking about him!! Please help!!!!

To stop thinking him, make yourself busy all the time.. Human's brain couldn't think other stuff when they are busy on the current tasks.. Go for a holiday to relax yourself.. Find other guy to recognice so that you can forget him.. And it helps you to have a new target of the other guys.. Hope my advice can help u. Good luck.. All the best.. ('',)

So everytime you think about him, tell yourself to stop, and refocus your attention on something positive - find a friend that needs you, a project that can engross your attention, a problem you can solve. Go volunteer at something new or join a club or sign up for a rec class, and focus your energy on that, and everytime you caught yourself mooning over your ex, force yourself to start thinking about this instead.

Many times feelings like this will not go away unless relieved. This means that you may need to befriend him or get into a relationship with this guy. For me, anyways, I don't get over anyone until the two of us are officially "over." <3

Dont worry give yourself time u will start thinking about him less and less, ive been through this. I couldnt stop thinking about this guy all day, even when i was at work and trying to sleep etc. It will fade
