I will reserve the real answers for Catholics but I am too intrigued to let this one go. I believe in smart sex (i.e., condom use), masturbation (the ideal form of safe sex) and revising outdated traditions. I know I will catch a couple of "upside-down" thumbs up for this answer but who cares.
Back to your question, no, not all Christians have VD.

Of course not. And it is not true that Christians, as a class, eschew condoms: the Catholic church, in what is one of its most demented positions ever, condemns such, but a significant number of Catholics, as well as almost everybody else, consider this position to be silly.

Beg your pardon?? If a Christian couple are married why would they use a condom (unless their trying not to get pregnant) and a married couple is not fornicating.

Um, not sure where you got that information, but no, we don't all have VD.
I'm a Christian, so is my husband, and we use condoms.
