I've been screaming for help, in Jesus name?

Yes he hears you, but its solved in his time not yours
and maybe there are a few loose connections in your life he wants to see you tend to before he helps.

God can hear you, the question is:
Are you listening - really listening to what He is saying to you? He can speak to you through His Word, a kind smile of a stranger, the soft touch of a breeze, the aroma of a freshly cooked meal. He's calling you, and comforting you and asking you to wait on Him, to turn EVERYTHING over to Him.
He is your Heavenly Father. Just as you have an earthly father, who cared for you, loved you, yet still had his faults....there is God, and He will NEVER fail you, forget you, deceive you or stop loving you.
Yes, God hears you...your job is to LISTEN. Listen very carefully and wait; patiently wait on His answer. The answer is there, just listen !

God hears all Heartfelt Prayers, you have to pray with a humble heart and God will answer in his time if you pray with honesty too.
Screaming don't cut it. That is not the way to pray.

First, you need to deal with sin first. It's like screaming in a disconnected telephone.
Isaiah 59
Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened,

So that He will not hear.

Prayer and communicating with God comes in a way or manner not necessarily expected. he can speak to us in a still, small voice, not a voice of thunder or loudness. Additionally, one needs to be a sincere, humble seeker of his influences. Arrogance and hearing God's messages is not compatible.

jesus is not God but prophet of god.
ask for help with God only..
you can give reference of any prophet /pious persons.
Muhammad/Jesus/Abraham , Ali etc
Remember God created the sense of hearing, speaking, sight etc,,,

I know he can hear you, the problem is you are not hearing what God is telling you, be silent open your mind to him and you will receive an answer.

okay...first of all, no matter how loud you are-heck! you could be talkin to Him in your head, but He can always here you! the thing you need to do for an answer isn't to listen...it's to hear...just hear...and He will answer. maybe not directly but in a way...keep your eyes open as well as your heart...and things will fall into place...have faith...and He will answer. He always does

Yes, God can hear you.
He heard me when i cried out to Him.
Just remember His time is perfect.
maybe if you stop screaming, ( lol) you will hear His answer.
