any ideas. its very frustrating. i feel like im letting good relationships slip through my fingertips or potential ones. i dont go out much now as a result. usually when i do get some courage im let down. hasnt done much for my confidence.

Don't concentrate on what people think of you or what they will say about you. If you like some one you should take a risk and ask them out. Whats the worst that can happen? If you don't you will never enjoy life to the fullest.

Let Me see If I can Help you out I think your problem is you don't know how to talk to women I had a friend with the same problem, so here is what you do just relax go with the flow and see if you can invite one of these ladies over to watch a movie I think that is a good place to start when your talking to them be humble and ask them questions about themselves girls love to talk, but they also like good ;listeners so respond with good feedback; and look them in the eyes try to mesmerize them... oh and watching movies at home with ladies is brilliant it never gets old and you can try it with different females over and over just put your phone on silent .... if your such goodlooker as you say you shouldn't have to say much the girls should be falling at your feet us guys no how it is if your fit the girls are round you like flies around **** just try it mate go in to a club with your head held high and watch them come running and someone amongst that crowd will be the one for you i have that problem as i am so bloody hot best the luck mate

If you know they like you already then it should be fairly easy. I doubt you will get let down if you talk to them. Remember sometimes it is just as hard for a girl to talk to you as it is for you to talk to them. Just go into it with no expectations. Kind of think of it as if something happens, it happens. you just have to say hello to them man and find some common ground to talk to them about. Like if yall are in the same class talk about something that happend today. Also get a job that you have to talk to alot of random people helps shake of the shyness

The key is not to 'approach' them at all - just talk to them, like you would with your mates, and above all - be yourself. No-one likes a pretender, and they will see you for who you are. If they don't like it, then fine - give it up as a bad job. On the other hand, if they do - yer in!
