Grrrrrrrrr! This lady just made me so mad! I bought some hairbows for my daughters from her. It took them several weeks to get here and when they did the barettes on the back of them were extremely crooked. I spent neary $20 on these bow, so ofcourse I wanted them donr right. Well when I e-mailed her to tell her about the problem( which I was very polite) she sent me a reply back that simply said well you are just going to have to send them back so I can fix them. That was all she said! No I'm so sorry or anything. I sent her another one back saying that I want to resolve this, and that I thought that she should just send me new bows......geez, I waited forever already to get the first ones! Well she just ignored me! I sent her one more e-mail and said again, i would really like to resolve this, I do not like to leave negative feedback. Again, ignored, so I felt like I had no other choice but to do that. So today I left her negaitive feedback, she is mad. Left me FB calling me crazy!!

I'm sorry you got negative FB but you should have done as she asked and sent them back so she could resolve this problem. Why would she send you two new ones when she has no proof that there was anything wrong with the first ones? No, I'm not saying you're lying, I'm sure you're not, but you have to look at it from the sellers point of view also.
If you wanted this resolved you should have worked with her to do just that.
Now you have negative FB over something that may have been worked out by both parties.
Remember you have 90 days to leave FB so don't be too quick to leave it.

I've been on eBay since they were 2yr old....that's nothing.
But you learned a value lesson.
Use Paypal for the extra security of sellers being professional
Never give FB till after you have received item
and before you even bid ck out the sellers rep in FB and their
return policy........it not posted ask.
I can tell you most people on both ends of sale are great...
But there is always that one rotten apple...
Good Luck and don't let them upset your apple cart

Unscrupulous practice! Some seller do not take much pride in their work. ALWAYS look at feedback before buying anything and when you leave feedback be honest about the experience. My feedback is 100% and I also give a money back guarantee! So please do not judge all sellers by a bad experience with one, just be careful in the future.

Don't expect her to last very long on ebay. Since you left negative feedback, I'm sure others will too. I'm sure she has pulled this crap with other people. Something tells me she's old.

That makes me very angry for you. Don't leave feedback until after she does... which she probably won't.
