I have no idea what to buy, I like Cadillacs but their expensive.

They are expensive to run for sure, however they are relatively safe and would stand up to the weather where you live. Try to buy your car in the south. I live in Florida there are always plenty of Cadallacs for sale here as the elderly people like them for their comfort and reliability. Also it will have been very gently used and well cared for with little to no rust, low milage, garaged etc. Also you could bargain with the family or dealer as these cars are often estate cars i.e. the owner has died.

Try an older Honda Civic Si or Honda Prelude Si.
