I was reading the Bible and kept finding places where it says God likes the smell of burning flesh. "A sweet savour unto the Lord" is the way they put it.

And in a few places God himself said it.

Doesn't that mean that God still likes the smell of burning flesh, since the church people say that God never changes?

If you want to answer this question, just answer the question -- don't start telling me Jesus said this and Jesus did that...

THIS QUESTION IS NOT ABOUT JESUS.

Two simple queries: Does God never change? and Does it say over and over again that he likes the smell of burning flesh?

If you need to bring in extraneous stuff don't bother answering.

Imma tell you what i've told another. If God is a jealous god, he cant be perfect. and if he's not perfect, he is just like us, and since he is just like us he would change.

Glad you said "that God", for the other Judge changes.
Eg: a Judge hounded by a widow, changed judgment.
Eg: those saved out of Egypt got destroyed afterward.

POINT: Grace is sufficient, no law required.
Law God will stomp you into an early grave.

God is never-changing....

and

Burning flesh? Nope.......you're wrong. That speaks of the sweet smell of a sacrifice that God is well pleased with. At the time, that would appease the anger of God (sacrificial system of law)
