hahaha this sentence is used only in Spain because tio in América Latina means another thing.
tio in Spain means "guy".
tio in A. L. means "uncle".
guay is an adjective which in Spain means "handsome".
a correct translation would be. "Im a handsome guy or I'm a good looking guy",

I know soy un tio means = I'm an uncle.
I asked my girlfriend the other word, and she said that it means Donkey= Buey. But is slang. It could be use as an insult or as a friend talk. But the whole sentence is very "cholo" language. Like saying I'm proud of being an uncle. She wouldn't wear that t-shirt for sure!

"Soy un tio" means I am an uncle. I've never heard the word "guay", and I can't find it in the dictionary. The only thing I can think of is "buey", meaning "ox". Colloquially buey is the same as calling someone "Stupid, or ***hole. Maybe someone doesn't know how to speak or write in spanish? Both words sound the same when spoken in spanish. So the shirt could mean "I'm an uncle, stupid!"
