I have been having pain in my calves for a couple of months now. It's constant and is more intense when....yet soothing when I rub them. They are sore in the same spot on both calves. What could be the cause and why did it suddenly start happening?

Have you changed shoes recently, or are you doing more hills? Either would bring that on, even more walking than you are accustomed to.

do you eat your veggies? if you are not getting the right vitamins that can cause it. start taking a vitamin pill.
