At the beg. of the year there was this guy that was in Marching band with me and he was in my class. So we talked and became friends, he asked me to homecoming. On the date he said things that made me feel rather uncomfortable, nothing really bad, I just didn't want to hear it. So after the date I kind of ignored him. I knew he liked me because he would stare at me during class, and practice. Then he came up and told me he liked me. Later he told me he really liked, and would do anything to get me to like him. Well that creeped me out and I really ignored him and didn't talk to him at all. He later wrote me a note telling me that he was "dying of a brokenheart" and other dramatic stuff. That was the last straw I had, had enough, and wrote him a note telling him I only liked him as a friend and that I didn't appreciate notes like that. He apologized, now it is wierd between us and he stares at me in class. Should I try talk to him or just leave it the way it was?

He is who he is and that will not change. The question is do you want to be friends with him

First of all people like him are control freaks and then they become stalkers. Try to stay away from him as much as possible. You could also try to change seats some where he can't get a good look at you. This is just for jokes but you could get a football player or a really tall buff guy to become your boyfriend and beat him up. LOL

Leave it the way it is. It sounds like he's obsessive, and if you give him attention, he's bound to interpret it as a new opportunity to win you over. The result will be more of what you don't want from him. If you feel he's stalking you, report it to your parents, your school, and the authorities. Otherwise, he may just be a hopeless romantic, and you are a crush for him, and he's really just harmless though confused.
That's my two cents for ya.

well you should talk to him its happened to me, avoiding gets you no where. It just feels wierd, i know what you mean, and you end up not being friends but thats not the best outcome. talk to him like nothing has happened and things will gradually get back to normal!

leave it the way it is because it is the way it is for a reason, youdont like him and he makes you feel uncomfortable so he will be alright if you get too caught up in his feelings or how you make him feel you will be blind to your own feelings or not liking him... be nice dont be rude but leave it like it is... you can occasionally speak but he should respect your response to him if he really cares about you then
