It sound like you have an inner ear infection, as for the aching of your bones you may also have the flu, which led to the ear infection. I was 45 before I got my first ear infection.

When you have a cold, you can develop a secondary infection in both the sinus cavities and ear canal. The most common of the ear infections are of the inner and middle ears.
When it sounds like your ear is clogged up, it actually is. The eustachian tube is how we regulate air pressure in the ear. When you're on a plane, for example, the eustachian tube opens and closes to adjust for the pressure.
When you have an infection, the tube can actually become clogged with bacteria causing a muffled sound and pain. This type of infection should not be ignored. A progressed and wide spread infection could ultimately cause hearing loss.

Oh No! It's another tsunami! Well, despite the pain, just be happy you survived. Now, it you can push the tree off of the sea shell, it should come right away from your head. If not, ask around and see if anyone has a crow bar. You might even want to invest in one. They are handy if next time you need it to get someone's foot out of you buutt. ROTFL

its sounds maybe like a sinus infection. do u have a fever? are u congested? do u have nasty junk in ur nose that is dripping down ur throat? that would be a sinus infection and u should go to ur doctor and get an antibiotic. the other possibilty, based on the fact that ur head and neck hurt, is meningitis, this is MUCH more serious and u would need to go to the ER asap!

Could be the flu. We have all just gotten over it...it really kicks you in the butt, every inch of your body hurts and everything sounds funny if you have the sinus problems and head cold.
I feel sorry for ya, if that's what you have.

Sounds like your dying. See a doctor immediately.
You may have the flue or a serious infection. Im not a doctor, but those are some serious signs of something not right.
