Ok well i've known this guy for like three maybe even four years, well anyways we're always talking on the phone and we hang out and watever and he's even called me his best "female" friend... and i've also hinted that i like him... but he never does anything about it... what does this mean... is he even interested in me?

probably. i'd guess that he's afraid of jeopardizing the relationship you already have by taking it to the next level. i'd suggest that what you do is talk about the possibility, and then decide together whether or not that's a route that you want to take.

Alot of times we're clueless when a girl likes us. Don't think we know completely unless u guys tell us, and most of the time we find out when ur upset and its too late!

erm... if hes not fitting the pieces together you have choices
1. MOVE ON OR
2. Tell him
by moving on you'll get over him and if you tell him and he says something posotive well there you go but if he doesn't feel the same way then i think its better as you know you can move on, dont stay on a guy forever it dont help hunni!

hmmm...in my opinion... he wud like u to be always wit him...
so he can have a "girl" friend to talk with... it dosent really mean he loves you... mayb he wants u like a sister.. but i cant deny, the feeling cud turn into love~~
