Can a Muslim teen (boy) have a girlfriend?

And can they kiss?

As per Islam rules, neither a boy or a girl are allowed to date/kiss/have sex/...etc. The contact should be within a surrounding that is open for everybody, not exclusive.

However, many and many muslims are breaking this rule almost every second. So it really depends on how your b/f perceives it. But in Islam, it is not allowed.

The girlfriend would have to be muslim as well
