I like this guy but i dont know how to talk to him i mean he has a girl friend but they hardly ever talk and i dont want them to break up just because of me but he told me that he likes me so what should do......NO STUPID ANSWERS PLEASE!

He is probably tired of his current relationship and is looking for an excuse out. If you know the girlfriend personally stay away because he is playing poker with you two, otherwise see if you can go on a date, because their relationship doesnt really mean much to him if he says he likes you. And anyways I am sure you believe you are more important than her so stop being so nice and do what you have to do and ask him out.

This is pretty easy, talk to the man. If he leaves his girlfriend, he leaves her...if not, at least you gained a friend.
Talking is a pretty easy thing to do. Right now, I am addressing you. I have no idea who you are...but I can definatly make a few statements to you.
If you don't have the balls to talk to someone and get overdramatic over something this simple, this innocent, and this completely banal....then you probably shouldn't let your hormones get the best of you and start dating. Grow up a little first, for all of our sakes.

If he has a girlfriend then I wouldn't bother unless you were willing to just be friends. If you say that he and his girlfriend don't talk much, then they must either not be interested in one another anymore or maybe they just keep to themselves in public. Either way, if he wasn't interested in her anymore then he should have broken up with her.
I don't like it when someone is dating another person and claims there isn't much of a relationship anymore yet tells you they are interested. If they were, they would have broken up with their current boy/girlfriend and started to get to know you. To me, its playing games and I am wary of that. It just seems like a guy or girl sticks with someone their either bored or just don't have the same feelings for anymore because they want to find someone else before breaking up with them.
If you still want to talk to him, just be casual. Get to know him a little. Ask what his hobbies and interests are. If he does end up breaking up with his girlfriend and wants to date you, don't worry about being at fault for their breakup, esp. since you say they don't have much of a relationship to begin with.

Aw man, gosh, Boy do I know that situation.
Try to gain his attention by talking to him or being helpful. I would usually try to start something with a girl, by helping her. Then once I start a conversation, I try to relate to her. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.
I have been single for two years. But, if anything, it's taught me that I need to respect people and listen more intently. Especially to the ladies. You might try talking to him and listening.

well this is not a stupid answer, but is a dont know answer.
This guy have to make up his mind, how come he likes you and then he is bf of somene else? and they don't talk to each other ? well I think you can keep talking to him, its ok, he is your friend? rigth? so talk to him as a friend, call things as they are.
but keep on mind that you may hurt your own feelings keep talking to this guy that really is someone else guy to the eyes to others.

lifes to short to be shy, get up the courage and just go say hey, i know you dont know me to well, but i want to get to know you!
One of my friends just died, if he never had said hey i would of never known him. He was just a friend, but one can never have enough friends. Life ends entirely to short.
