Start juicing.
For breakfast eat oatmeal.
For lunch Juice:
4 Carrots
4 Stalks of Celery
A handful of Parsley
A handful of Spinach
A small piece of Beat
A clove of Garlic
It sounds like a lot ... and it is ... but only about 14-16 ounces of juice.
The same juice for dinner augmented by low or non fat cottage cheese, raw broccoli, cauliflower shrimp, fish or skinless baked chicken.
Turn to fresh fruits and raw vegetables for snacks if needed.
Besides loosing weight you'll start looking better and feeling amazing.
I've loss 9 pounds in the past 5 days.
Look for an old ACME juicer in thrift stores ... they are the best and usually a pretty good deal. These are big old heavy metal machines ... much better than the plastic pieces of work sold in the infomercials

Here's the bad news: it takes a lot of work. But my measurements were about the same as yours before, and now I weigh a lot less. Here's how I did it:
(1) Diet: you have to be strict about what you eat. Do your own grocery shopping if you don't already, and read the label on EVERYTHING you buy. Read the ingredients. If you see the word "hydrogenated" in it, don't buy it. Eat starch items (bread, cereal, rice, potatoes) only before noon. Eat very low fat, high protein meats (fish and poultry are best, go easy on the red meat). If your meat has some fat on it, cut it off before cooking it. Make sure there is a lot of nutrient rich food in your diet- you want those vitamins, they help your body work properly. Cut back on dairy some (but still drink milk) and use skim cheese when you have cheese. FAST FOOD IS A THING OF YOUR PAST. Don't eat out much if you can avoid it. Even the healthier stuff at restaurants is usually pretty bad. Even the salads can have over 1,000 calories. Also beware of high calorie beverages (Starbucks is a big culprit), and say goodbye to soda if you can.
That said, you can still have a cookie or a burger once in a while, it just has to be a rarity, not a daily or frequent thing.
Exercise: Work out at least 3 times a week, and 5 is ideal. Do at least half an hour of cardio (fairly intense, like a bike on a high-ish resistance, walking won't cut it) each work out, and if you can push yourself to an hour that's better.
Do weight lifting every workout. Do arms and shoulders one day, chest and back one day, and legs one day. You should be doing at least 2 exercises per muscle group (that means 4 for arms- 2 bicep and 2 tricep, and at least three leg- 2 for the whole leg like lunges, and one calf target exercise). Do abs every workout. Try to vary your ab routine. I do three ab exercises per workout, but you will probably have to work your way up to that. Guage how much you can handle by trying your best and seeing how sore you are the next day. If you're not sore at all, you can handle more. If you can barely move, cut it back some. The same goes for all your muscle groups. Increase the amount of weight you're lifting whenever you're ready to handle more. Don't worry, you won't start looking like Stallone unless you really try.

Try www.weightwatchers.com to find ways to eat more healthfully. Your exercise program is good, but you might want to change it up to challenge yourself more. Try reading "Shape" Magazine for more information, and I also like videos by The Firm, which will help improve your body and give you a body more like a swimmer. But, since you're exercising a lot the problem is probably your diet, so weight watchers should be helpful.

If you are already doing the exercise that what you eat has to be the way to go. Make sure you cut out unneccesary fats so semi or skimmed milk, no cheese, low fat yogurt, no thick layer of butter. Avoid cooking in oil - deep frying. Increase the amount of fruit, veg and protein you have in your diet. Don't snack on biscuits, cereal bars etc & cut down on the amount of bread you eat.

Take up a vegetarian diet. NEVER eat junk food. Start running 5 to 6 miles per day. If you're not a runner, run a little and walk a little. Nothing compares to long distance running when attempting to lose weight.

It's great that you're exercising. How's your diet? I suggest you try cutting calorie dense foods like beans, potatoes, bread, corn, rice and other grains.
