My boyfriend and I would like to take a romantic getaway. However...we want it to be by a beach and we want to be able to speak english and have that not be a problem..

I will recomend the Philippines when it comes to beaches. The Philippines have many white sand beaches. One is the famous Boracay. We also have high end beach like
Amapulo. In Palawn like El Nido Southern part of the Philippines is also nice and beautiful. People in the Philippines knows how to speak fluent english so I'm sure you will not have a problem with that. Try to search for beaches in Philippines.

Hawai'i is very nice. Check Hawaiian Airlines and Aloha Airlines for specials, sometimes you can get a round trip flight from the west coast for under $300. You can stay at a fairly inexpensive hotel in Waikiki and with a rented car see a lot of beautiful places on O'ahu--the east side is gorgeous and fairly unpopulated. And if you want to see some more of the islands, The Big Island, Maui, Kaua'i, and Moloka'i are also wonderful. You do not have to spend a lot of money. You can if you want to of course, but you do not have to.

fethiye, bitex, olu dinez,
all speak good english and these are the more quiet areas of turkey that are perfect for the beach (fethyie is the post picturesque that ull see on oliday brouchers). very romantic setings.
its cheap so u wont need loads of spending money either,

i would suggest riveria maya, its very romantic. and when i went there i saw alot of couples. Sure its in Mexico, but you speak english. theres a beach and everything, i went to the resort, the grande flamenco i think it was called.

My GF & I really loved Old San Juan in Puerto Rico!!! really beautiful there and yes there are "private" lagoons... ;-)
