I have a latest Japanese workshop manual that not even one on earth plubished in English. They did not come with CD for possible translation via software. Please help.

If you don't know Japanese yourself, then you will have to hire (and pay) someone to do the translating for you. If the manual is really long, then it will probably be expensive, but it's really the best option, if you want an accurate translation.

japanese is a very tricky and difficult language to learn. kanji is almost impossible, even people living in japan that use it often have a hard time with it. i recomend getting a translator, or giving up. there are websites all over the internet for kanji and romaji but it generally takes about 5 to 6 years to get a minute part of the language down, and commited to memory. good luck though.

My best suggestion, though it is pretty bad, is to look for what looks key and put it in a translator machine online. There are tons of free translators you can use.
Other option: Take some Japanese classes at a community college, and get to work. :p
