I'm trying to eat healthy, and quick meal if possible

breakfast- oatmeal with fruit or a whole grain cereal with fruit
lunch-cottage cheese, cut up veggies, v-8 juice, or a salad
dinner a grilled meat (whatever you like) veggies, any kind you like and brown rice
This is pretty much what my current menu consists of because I am trying to lose my "winter weight" before summer and short season gets here.
I take a piece of fresh fruit and some baggies of cut up veggies to work to snack on when I get the munchies.
