i heard on some size 0 show that it was 10 cals for a black coffee and 20 with a bit of skimmed milk.

Average size cup of black coffee is 25 cals, then add the cals of semi-skimmed milk (dont know that sorry, i drink skimmed).

I would say that the only calories are in the milk---so if you are able to measure how much milk you use----and if it's 1% or 2% low fat, you can read the caloric content on the container and figure it out from there.
I would say that you are probably not getting many calories at all in your coffee.
