I the girl i like that i love her and she said that she loved me but does want to hook up because she likes someone else. what do i do?

Just leave it be for awhile. Give her time to think about it. In the meantime, remain friends. She'll get to see you for the person you are. If she really loves you then she'll come around.

Love is grand...but if some gal told you she loves you but wants to be with someone else, then she's no "in love" with you. This situation probably doesn't involve love for either of you anyway, but "like" or some level of infatuation. Love typically takes time to build and you didn't give any indication that you know each other well.
Sometimes we dig someone who doesn't dig us back, or at least not in the same way...it's a bummer for sure but just means we aren't a good match with that person so we move on and in time will meet someone with whom there is a mutual desire to be a couple.

r you still in high school or Jr high sounds like you are hunny stop liking her she lied if she loves you how could she love someone else to and if she does love both of you then she loves that other guy more than you cus she is picking him so leave her alone dont say anything to her leave her in the dust babe dont talk to her and go find someone that does love you an only you babe
oh and love is great but she doesnt know what love is yet and yes love sucks sometimes but it is so worth it babe
