Okay, there is no such thing as love at first sight. You love a PERSON. A person is not defined by how they look but rather by how they act. Therefore, when you love someone, you know exactly what kind of a person they are and though you realize their faults, you can live with them. That is love.

"Love" at first sight is more correctly said "lust at first sight". Yes, lust can grow into love but the two are distinctly different things.

Generally speaking, the amount of time it takes to love someone will be different for each person but it equal to the time that it takes you to really get to know them.

"love at first sight"
It depends on what you mean by love. You dont have to be married or even going out, it could be love for the person's personality. If you really like that person, think of what you would give up to help them or be with them. Sincere love is made by joint experiences, so if you think of them as a friend then you already love them as long as you are not doing it for gain other than being with them.
When you are in love you will know it, because you will think about the person everyday even when apart.

Sometimes when you are infatuated, it FEELS like love. It's when the 'feeling' goes. Love can be pretty instant or take time, depending on the type of person you are. Most people seem to think that love is a feeling and has to be there all the time. But love doesn't 'feel' all the time. It's when you DECIDE (verb) that you will commit to somebody WITH all their imperfections, and DECIDE that those imperfections are okay with you - never go into a relationship with misgivings, hoping this or that will change.

Like, Will, for instance! He is completely IMPERFECT! and I love him to death! hahahaha

to allow you to know the actuality, i'd have suggested 12 years a year a bypass yet then I met someone new and that i'd say 6 monthes and counting yet then I understand. Its all perceptions depending ona replacing individual. i particularly have self assurance we like each body that enters our lives yet there is not any time body. that's only a variety of of moments and lives which have touched our hearts. i imagine John, the 6 month one, is more beneficial love than the different, yet how real is that? i imagine i am going to know after I die. in the accurate, i imagine we care and love yet no longer this manner of love you study aobut.
