Umm...so...which is it...are you the employee or employer? I'm kinda confused after reading your other questions. Putting them altogether, common sense would dictate you contact the courthouse to get the correct answer.

When I was summoned for jury duty they sent me an employer verification form that I was to have filled out and returned to my employer if necessary.
