If heaven is a good place then yes. If it is a exclusive club run by bad "people" then no.

Oh, god.

You might get somebody talking about "dispensations" if you're really unlucky.

Or, you'll get that the Jews who died in the Holocaust had heard of Jesus, and had the opportunity to accept him, but failed to do so; and that therefore they're damned - for all the fact that they effectively died in the name of IHVH, the original god whose worship was usurped by Christianity.

Or, you'll get "Christians" who are more ignorant of their own religion, but - fortunately - more moral, who will say that the Jews were martyrs for Judaism, faithful in their own right, and that no God would deny them entrance to heaven for having died so nobly, in spite of the fact that they never accepted Jesus. Of course, this is NOT the official church dogma, which is unmercifully black-and-white: either you accept Jesus and are saved, or you don't and aren't. Otherwise, there's no particular point in linking your concepts of morality and spirituality to Christianity's brand of theology over any other.

Personally, I don't believe in the vulgar concept of "Heaven" as God's Clubhouse, exclusive to people who "accepted" an intellectually, morally and spiritually revolting premise, i.e. Christianity, within their lifetimes. So I don't believe that the "good dead Holocaust Jews" went there. But I do believe that they should be remembered as all people should who died at the hands of extremist bigots.

Course they are. Well I cant say for sure only the big guy knows. Some people would say they wouldn't because it says in the Bible 'The only way to get through to my father is through me.' something among them lines. But Then as a catholics point of view I believe no matter what religion you are based on you can get to heaven if you are a good person and keep your soul in good condition :) x

Of course they are. If there is a heaven I can't think of any soul's that would be more deserving. I'm not Jewish, I'm a southern girl. But what those poor people went through is beyond anything we can comprehend. They deserve to go to heaven.

Well, if they had followed all of the Jewish laws, then yes. Or, if they had accepted Christ's Salvation. But other than that, I would have to say, unfortunately not.

I don't know, but I would not say that they were not. God has a plan, let Him work that out.
