I had a computer that I never closed down. A tech told me that it could not harm the computer. WRONG...after a while my monitor took a dump. Its like anything else, if you leave a light bulb on and never shut it off...its life expectancy will be less than if you shut it off to conserve energy. I always shut my computer at night. First of all I am hooked up to cable so by closing it, it protects it. It also helps the life of the computer.

this is actual worse to coach it on and stale each and all of the time. the heating expands factors and cooling of direction contracts tham. the fewer you are trying this the greater desirable. in spite of if, tech advances soo straight away that the lifespan of a laptop is greater on the subject remember of that than wearing out, quite often. i've got seen some photographs taking part in cards die besides as quite a few intel processors (for this reason i exploit amd), or perhaps a tricky tension or 2. yet on the full, you will in all risk replace it in the previous it wears out besides.
