when i was 18 i went out with a guy who used to be in the RAF at the time.
we split up after 2 months coz of the distance thing and racking up huge phone bills and we have stayed friends.
when ever we bump into each other we always have a chat about how things are going for both of us.
there isnt any spark anymore tho thank god!
anyways i saw him a few months ago and he was fine telling me how he finished in the RAF and was buying his own house with his long term girlfriend, (he has been with his girl 4 years now).
i saw him last week pushing a pram in the town center, he was on his own. he saw me and turned round and walked off with the pram really quickly. i found this odd but werent too botherd.
i saw him today again with the pram. i said hello and looked at the baby in the pram and said how cute it was.
he jumped out of his skin, blushing and started saying how the baby isnt his and he is looking after it for his mate.
why would he act like this?

i know he was lying and it doesnt suprise me that his girlfriend could of had his baby.
i only see him once every few months, so i just dont get it why he would act like this.

Do you know his girlfriend of 4 years?
Maybe the baby is his, but not hers, and she doesn't know he has a child with someone else.
If she (his 4 year gf) is someone you know and talk to he may be worried that you will mention seeing him with a baby.
OK, maybe it sounds like something off Jeremy Kyle, but it's another theory for the cooking pot.
With regards to the "he still holds a torch for you theory", has he shown any signs of this before now??
Also, what age was the baby?

He is acting too wierd, he is settled and with a child and should act accordingly and show you a little respect as a friend. Don't talk to him anymore.

i think of he continues to be into you, a minimum of slightly. probably, he's harm, and tries to place you down via calling you a slag to get returned at you. he's probably jealous of the different individual that's why he's badmouthing him.

theres no doubt about it he still has feelings for you on the odd occasion he sees you your probably on his mind for days i bet he doesnt have your phone number ?

he is obviously ashamed to be seen with his baby in front of you! wish his girlfriend could see him doing this im sure she would have something to say about it!!
